Welcome to the Holiday Wishes Blog Hop!

Welcome to my stop on the Holiday Wishes Blog hop! Hopefully you'll find inspiration somewhere along the hop and come back! If you came from the Kathryn's blog,  Wamfamily,
you are on the right track! Did you check out her organized scraproom  from IKEA while you were there??!! From here you go to Mandy's  Scrap blog! She has some great unique craft ideas and inspiration!

I have 2 projects for you today! My granddaughter and I made a bracelet with the Imagine and Snow Angel cart and Shrinky dinks!! We had so much fun! And I made a Gingerbread man shaped Christmas card with my Gypsy!
First, here is my holiday wish card!! I love gingerbread men!! and Peachy Keen Stamps!!! (They just take everything to the next level IMHO!) Can you tell? I just loved the gingerbread man I used on my Christmas mini in the "Christmas with a twist" hop and thought I would make a shape card with it! That was the easy part!! Glittering and flocking the banner and hat and hearts was the tedious part!! So I only made 8 of these! I'm now making an angel card, my very most favorite thing! Angels... I used several carts to make these, PPDU, GBS, Jolly Holidays, 3 birds, and Everyday Paper Dolls for the one on the right. I made a different banner on the left one that uses the scalloped triangle from Calligraphy. I used my Gypsy and cut it all out with the Imagine. I made the banner a little smaller if I make anymore. But that isn't likely at this point. I'm busy with Azle Lions Club Angel Tree now and may not get anymore cards completed this year at all! I'll have to remember that next year!! Need to start much sooner! Or make a much easier card!! :-) If anyone wants the gypsy or cut file, leave a comment and I'll post it next week. I'm beat today after working on the Angel tree all day and making a huge pan of lasagna for our wrappers as well, but can post it later.

Here's the bracelet!  These are all images on the Snow angel cart, that I printed and cut with the Imagine, then had to replace the blades! It ruined 2 blades! The deep cut and regular cut. You can't see the sleigh one very well, but its really cute with a little bundled up angel with a squirrel in her hand. The green one has a deer jumping over a basket of flowers! they are really cute in person! Faith loves it!

Now, for the main reason ya'll are here! My blog candy is a $10.00 gift certificate to Michaels! And if you have a gypsy or a cell phone that can use a lanyard with beads I'll make you one in your choice of color or colors, like the 1 shown below I made for my Gypsy!
All you have to do to win is leave a comment telling me if you make your own Christmas cards, if you have them finished! and your favorite cart to make them if you have a cricut. Doesn't everybody?! and be sure you leave contact information! You don't have to be a follower but I would love it if you were!! I'll use random.org to pick a winner!

Thanks for stopping by! Ya'll come back! I'd love to hear from you again! Now head on over to Mandy's! and get inspired!!

This is my first year that I will be using my cricut to make Christmas cards. I haven't even started Christmas shopping so you must be kidding me about being finished with all my cards! Oops. I don't have any Christmas cartridges but I know there are a lot of holiday images I can pull together between all of my carts.

Your cards and bracelet are beautiful! I love the bracelet idea -- might have to do that with my granddaughter! I do make Christmas cards, but they're not done yet LOL! I know, I know... I really don't have a favorite cart to use, probably because I don't plan any of my projects -- I just know I'm gonna make cards and sit down and start making... If I had to choose, I would choose George because it has basic shapes on it that can be used for so many things, especially on a card. TFS! (stampin.dymonz@gmail.com)

Your gingerbread man is so adorable!

I only make a few cards for a few ladies I work with. Everyone else gets photo cards! :)

Right now my favorite cart is Jolly Holidays for Christmas, as you can see with my post for this hop! :)

I make my own cards - for the last 3 years or so. This year I plan to mainly use Winter Frolic, which I got in the mail last week! I also go the Christmas Solutions cart free with the Gypsy download. and plan to use it on some cards also. I finished one card - the nativity from Winter Frolic - for my parents, but plan to finish the others today. Thanks for the chance to win!

I love the bracelet and the beautiful Christmas cards. I would love to say that I make my own, but as we sent out 100 cards this year...that just isn't possible. I order photocards from costco-I know it's cheating, but oh well.

I ususally don't make cards. I try to make ornaments every year and it is so cool because every year everyone in my office pulls out all the ornaments from years past and we decorate the office. I
ve been in the same office for 12 years so there are quite a few!

I love your projects. Those gingerbread men are so adorable and I'll bet that bracelet gets worn for quite a while. TFS!

I've made cards in past years, but now I'm working so my time is limited. I do have a Cricut, and a Gypsy. It's a classic, I think my favorite cartridge is Joys of the Season although the Holiday Cakes cart has some beautiful images on it!

Hi, I love gingerbread and angels too. Mainly because when I grew up (in Portland, OR) we had a speacial holiday tradition every year and that was to go to Meier & Frank (now Macy's) and visit the Cinnimon Bear up on their top floor which was a virtual winter, Christmas Wonderland for children. The Cinnamon Bear gave out great big gingerbread men cookies! I just lived for him. Now that I've turned 54 (not yet grown-up) he has come back full force on the Steam Boat Restaraunt. My plan is to make him a Gingerbread Man out of the Gingerbread Seasonal Cart. I'm giddy with excitement over seeing him and participating in your BlogHop. You all have fabulous ideas and I just have such a lovely time, Thank You.

And even though I have been working on them for a couple of hours each day this past week, I am still not finished. Almost done though. Hubby finally helping :P I have been using Joys of the Season Cartridge. Thanks for sharing great ideas.

Oops! I forgot to answer your question:

Last year, I didn't own my Expression yet (can you imagine?!)! But I did make my own Christmas cards-all 100+ of them (I used 3 different Cuttlebug Embossing folders). This year, we're in a new house and my craft room is packed up again (unpacked after the move & then packed it up again to paint the room; now I'm waiting for my built-in cabinets & counter). Doesn't look like I'll get any cards out! ;( It's too bad, because I do own one of the older Christmas Cricut cartridges: Joys of the Season.
