Slowly progressing on "LOVE" book...

Well you might want to grab a cup of coffee or cold drink! This is a long post!

I finally got another 2 pages finished. (although I am almost NEVER really finished. I have already gone back and added some things to the back of the O and the front of the V already! I have posted the "completed" ones below!) This is the back of the V and the front of the E! Both of the colors aren't photographing well again. Too much green and orange on the page in these pics. On the back of the "V" that pink heart topped piece in the vellum envelope pulls out and opens for journaling and the frame on the "E" page is pop-dotted so a picture can be slid in behind the frame.

Only the back of the E and the front of the "Rob and DeeDee" page left. And probably something additional on the back. Wedding in 2 weeks! Yikes! And have to try to put together an actual wedding book for them to drop their pics into when they get them back, and finish the little favors' bow ties and pockets. AND I'm going to try to etch their champagne glasses. Waiting on the arrival of the etching cream from JoAnns. Its in transit now. Wish me luck! (and I wonder why I'm not sleeping??!)

Thanks for stopping by! I would love to hear your comments and/or suggestions! I am learning so much as I'm going along doing this book! Making my own glimmer mist colors to match the paper has really been fun! Of course, I don't know if you can tell, but everything on these pages are glimmer misted! All this "learning through trial and error" is one reason its taking me so long! But I'm having soooo much fun!

This is absolutely beautiful--so elegant--I love the songbird--birds just have a soft place in my heart--the colors are so heart-warming--fitting the theme perfectly. Beautiful job.

All the best-from my hands to yours,
