Welcome to the Holly Jolly Blog Hop!

Hello! and Welcome to the Holly Jolly Blog Hop, being hosted by the inspiring Fantablulouslyping blog and the Kreimers! If you are just beginning the hop you should start here at the Kreimers!! If you have come from Greengirls' blog, you are in the right place!
I had so much fun making the "Sweet Shoppe" box a while back for the Summer blog hop, I thought I'd make one for Santa! You can find that Sweet Shoppe post here!

The snow on the windows is done with CTMH's liquid applique. Looks like real snow in real life!!
These next 2 are the inside pics. You could see through the windows of the smaller box and see the back wall so I was assuming you could on this box too! and you might have been able to if I hadn't put so much in front of the windows, huh!?? I hate it, cause it came out soooo cute!

I used my poor broken down Imagine, which is printing only, and going back to HSN, luckily I had purchased the extended warranty!! The carts I used were Imagine Santa's Village, Imagine Yummy for the candy dishes, Imagine Best Friends for the children and Imagine Snow Angel for the tree on the outside and Sweet Treats for the box! The inside wreaths are from Joys of the Season. The signpost is from the smaller box!

Now for the reason you are here! I have blog candy! Just leave a comment telling me if you make your own Christmas cards and if they are finished!! I have about 1/3 of them completed! The winner will get the August Stamp of the Month set from CTMH, in case you missed the opportunity to purchase this great set of stamps, here's your chance to win them! I'll draw a winner Monday a.m. using random.org.

Here's a sample of what this stamp set can do!

Next up on the hop is the very talented and inspiring Yolanda's Craftyscentiments!

I hope I have inspired you to create your own little Shoppe for the holidays! I might just make a set! My DGD will love it! If you would like my CCR file for this, leave me a comment and an email address to send it to!

Have a great weekend!

So many times I have wanted to try something like this! This is just perfect with the windows filled with things to spy!

Your box is perfectly adorned too! Love that you added acetate in the windows and used Liquid Applique-- magical stuff!

Great project!

Very cute. Sometimes I make my Christmas cards and sometimes I don't. I do plan to make them this year but I have not started them....

Absolutely adorable and amazingly beautiful! I can only wish to create something as perfect as this one day!

First off love your project- so much detail. Yes I make my own cards- actually 75 of them for the staff that work for me- and no I have not started- but I am famous for mass production- so they will get done.

Love the details! You did a fantastic job on this. Yes I make my cards every year but as of yet haven't started them for this year. Maybe this week I'll find time I sure have a lot of inspiration following this hop.

Really great details on your box. I have this cartridge but have been afraid to even try putting a box together - it looks like you had so much fun with yours, I may have to at least attempt a basic version.

We "make" our Christmas cards on the computer. Since we send out over 100 to mail out, I would never get them done in time if I made them by hand and I'd be stressing over one more things around the holidays.

I LOVE, love, love your Santa's Candy factory project. It is the cutest, most fabulous decoration or gift.
I have really longed for this stamp and did miss ordering it.
Your details are magnificent!

Yes, I do make my own Christmas cards. Actually it is usually a family affair. No we have not started them yet but we usually decide on a design (going to work on that this weekend yet) and then I have all the parts cut by the first weekend of December and then we assemble them together and sign them (my kids like to sign their own names) and I mail them out the next week.
Thanks for sharing, bummer that your imagine isn't working correctly.

What a great project!! I bet the more you look at it, the more you can discover!

Yep, I do make my Christmas cards...Nope, they're not finished. As a matter of fact, they're not even started yet 'cause I haven't thought about 'em enough to come up with a design yet...Yep, I know I really should get busy on this : P

This is SOOOO ADORABLE!!! Just AWESOME!!!

Every year I intend to make my Christmas cards, but I think I have actually only done it once or twice. I still hope to make them this year, but I haven't started them yet. I do have them mostly designed in CCR. (I actually did that last year.) Thanks for the chance to win! I12Sew4me at charter dot net

Due to my mom being ill and because I have to spend a lot of time caring for her, I will not be making handmade cards this year. Love your little House!

What an intricate and detailed project--love it! Sorry about your Imagine and hope you get it replaced soon.

Yes, I do make my cards but as of now I have NO clue what I want to do for them. I always end up doing them at the last minute and working like a maniac to get them in the mail in time!

Very cute with the scene inside too. Love the papers from that cartridge.

Love it, so much detail!! Thank you!

Ooohhh the details are so impressive and the whole project is inspiring. The most I am aspiring to accomplish for the Christmas season is making my own cards...I have a design idea in my head but haven't made a prototype yet! I better get started as I think it will be fairly detailed (lots of paper layers with the cricut) and I'll need to make about 70!

Yolonda said...

I love your box. All of the little details are really great.

The little sweet shop is adorable. I make Christmas cards for a select few people. I haven't made any yet, I'm in the "design stage" (make that the "I can't make up my mind" stage). :) Thanks for sharing and for the change to win the awesome CTMH stamps.
